Allow about 45 seconds for the program to download. If the buttons flicker or show place holders when you try to click, allow a little more download time, then try again.

If the program's display is larger than your screen allows, resize your browser window or increase your screen resolution to 1024 X 768 or higher.  If you don't know how to do this, open your computer's control panel and use the "help" feature.  Be sure your speakers are on before you start working in the program!
