Each step contains the option for verbal instructions. To hear the instructions, click the speaker icon. To turn the instructions off, click the stop button.
These verbal instructions are designed to help you with the enrollment process, and we highly recommend using them.
Note: It might take about 5-7 seconds for the visual aids and audio components to load completely. Thank you for your patience!
To submit the enrollment application:
- Click the button to open the electronic enrollment form, then using the "File > Save As" menu feature, save the document to a file on your local computer.
- Access the saved document, fill it out, then save it again so you have a copy for your records.
- To submit the form: Click the "Auto Submit" button on the form or attach it to an e-mail.
- Send to: info@SearchlightVS.com.
