Important things to know about the Searchlight^® Online Course Payment:

• The course is purchased through PayPal^®.
• You may log in to an existing PayPal account, or pay with a credit card.
• You will need to provide your Student Number at the time of your online purchase.  Your student number was assigned as part of the Enrollment Process.
• PayPal will walk you through the payment procedure and process your order.
• PayPal will send you an e-mail confirming your order.  (You should print this for your records.)
• Purchasing a course automatically registers a student who is officially enrolled in the Searchlight Virtual School for that course.  When the payment notification is received by the Searchlight Virtual School, the materials needed for the course will be sent to you via e-mail attachment.
  • Save the PDF document to your local computer by using the File > Save As feature. 
  • You should save it in a designated folder that you set up before you begin inputing data.  If you don't save it to your local computer first, any information you input will be lost.
  • You can input data directly into the PDF, or print the PDF and input the data by hand.
  • Always save your work!  If you close the PDF without saving your data, the information will be lost.  
  • The completed course materials must be sent to the Searchlight^® Virtual School in order to receive credit for the course.
  • You can return the class materials electronically by clicking the submit button, attaching the document to an e-mail, or by regular mail.
  • If you purchase a course and do not receive the course materials from us within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
• When you complete a course, submit the completed materials and then move on to the next course by placing a new order for that course.
• If you encounter difficulties with the PayPal process, please call us immediately.  We will work out another payment method.
