Attention Classroom Teachers and Technology Coordinators

For those who would like to use the Growing Up: A Character-Building Approach in a group setting, for example, a classroom teacher or technology coordinator, a "Group Subscription" Plan is required.  This necessitates a specific type of licensing agreement. Please call us to discuss this option and to obtain the licensing agreement.  A one-time Group License is $49.95.  This license allows unlimited reproduction of the print materials on an "as needed" basis for the group established by the license, and is non-transferrable.  For contact information, click here.

Important things to know about the Searchlight^® Subscription Plans:

• The subscription plan is purchased through PayPal^®.
• You may log in to an existing PayPal account, or pay with a credit card.
• PayPal will walk you through the subscription procedure and process your order.
• PayPal will send you an e-mail confirming your subscription order.  (You should print this for your records.)
• Your subscription is good for one year from the date of the purchase.  On the anniversary of your purchase, your subscription will expire. 
• To continue taking the online course beyond the initial subscription timeframe, renew your subscription.
• If you encounter difficulties with the PayPal process, please call us immediately.  We will work out another payment method.

Once you have purchased your subscription plan, click on the "Register for Courses " button at the top of the screen.  On that page you will do two things:

1. Register for the course before you begin taking it. (Registration instructions are provided on that page.)
2. Click on the link for the name of the class for which you are registering. An electronic PDF form will open in a separate window.
3. Save a copy of the form on your local computer.  Access the form and fill in the information requested on the form. Re-save the form.
4. Send the Registration Form back to us electronically by clicking the submit button, or by attaching the form to an e-mail.
5. When we receive your class registration form, we will send the course materials as a PDF attachment in an e-mail.
• Save the PDF document. (You can save it on your desktop or in a designated folder that you set up.)
• Print the materials all at once, or as needed. 
• The completed course materials must be sent to the Searchlight^® Virtual School in order to receive the Certificate of Completion.
