Click on the course title link on the right.

An electronic (PDF) registration form will open.

The form is designed with text input fields so you can fill in the information on your computer.

Use the File > Save As menu feature and save it to a folder on your local computer. Then access and complete the form, save it, then click the "submit" button, or attach it to an e-mail to submit the materials.

When we receive your course registration form, we will send you the appropriate course materials as a PDF attachment in an e-mail.

When you receive the e-mail with the course materials attached, you should download (save) the PDF to a designated folder on your computer. You can open and print the materials as they are needed.
